ADMISSIONS AND WITHDRAWALS

1. The parents/guardians desirous of getting admission for their children/wards shall apply in the prescribed form. Completed application along with the Birth Certificate or School Leaving Certificate should be submitted to the office. The age for Admission in Nursery is 3 years and for Jr. K. G. it is 4 years as on 1st June with a corresponding increase for the higher classes.

2. The Principal reserves the right to refuse admission to any candidate whose admission is considered undesirable for valid reasons.

3. A student who joins the school fresh from home or from a private school must produce an official birth certificate in support of date of birth entered in the application form.
4. A student who joins the school after attending a recognised school must produce the school Leaving Certificate. In the case of students coming from a school outside the state of Gujarat, the school Leaving Certificate must be countersigned by the District Education Officer of that state.

5. A calendar month’s notice should be given in writing before the withdrawal of the student or else the fee for one month will be charged. Those who leave in April must pay the fees for May also.

6. No school Leaving Certificate shall be given unless all the pending dues towards the school have been paid in full.

7. A fee of Rs. 100/- shall be charged for duplicate copy of the school Leaving Certificate. An affidavit duly signed before a Second class Magistrate/Notary Public shall also have to be submitted for duplicate Leaving Certificate.
8. Application for any Certificate from the school should be given two days earlier.

FEES

1. Fees will be collected through UNION BANK OF INDIA,

Halol Branch, under “School Fee Module”. Days for payment of fees in the Bank is from 1 to 10 of every month and timing is as under:

Monday to Friday: 10:00a.m. to 3:30p.m.

Saturday : 10:00a.m. to 3:30 p.m. (2nd & 4th Saturday off)

2. The payment will be accepted by Cheque/Cash/Online.

However cheque payment is recommended.

3. Fee will be collected Quarterly.

4. Fee, if not paid by 10th will be collected with a late fee of Rs. 20.00 per

month. In case of holidays (except Sundays) fees collection will be on the next working day. (Any change in the schedule will be informed)

5. Parents paying the fee in the Bank should send the fee receipt of “Office copy” and “Teacher’s copy” to the Class Teacher.

6. Please fill in all the details in the receipt completely to avoid any confusion/complication. GR No., Name of Student, Standard, Division and Roll No. should be mentioned very clearly.

7. G.R. No., Name of the student, Standard and division should be written on the back side of the cheque.

8. Dishonored cheque shall attract a penalty of Rs. 500/- which is to be paid at school with cheque amount in cash only.

9 In case fees booklet is lost, another booklet can be obtained from School office by paying Rs. 100/-

10. Admission fees is applicable to newly admitted students.

11. Fee rates will be revised as and when it becomes necessary with the approval of FRC.
